A young woman contacted Paws Animal Shelter to see if we could take in an adult male cat. This cat had been abandoned in Urbana when their people moved and didn't take him with them. This young woman's grandmother felt sorry for the poor cat and had been feeding him for over a month. However, the grandmother was moving to California so her granddaughter could take care of her. She just wanted to make sure Caspian had arrangements so he would be taken care of. We certainly understood this situation and once we had a space available, we brought Caspian in. As they told us, he really is a sweet cat, and he gets along well with his roommates in the Kool Katz room where he currently resides. Stop by and meet this sweet boy. He would be a wonderful addition to any family dedicated to giving him a forever home.
