Carly

Carly is a stunning calico, with a patchwork coat in grey, orange and a winning personality to boot. This goofy girl seems to always have her tongue out, loves lying diagonal across the bed and is fascinated by water. She also loves to play with her foster sister and new best friend Hub Cap. After breakfast you can count on an active session between the two of them, which is usually followed by more playtime with their human. Toss those little spring toys or any type of ball and you’ll get these girls going in no time. After playtime, Carly will stretch out for pets and she especially loves it if you stroke her face/nose and back and if you are really lucky, sometimes her belly. Carly’s backstory is unusual because she was found all alone in the entry way of an apartment building, hiding under a pile of junk, at about 5 months old. We have no idea how this lone kitten ended up there, but she is one of the lucky ones. We knew she must have had a home at some point and made it our mission to make sure she'd never have to struggle to survive on the street again. Fearful of people at first, her foster did an amazing job helping her remember that humans are good and she hasn’t looked back since. Carly is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and negative for FeLV and FIV. Carly is cross listed with her bestie, Hub Cap. They are bonded and must be adopted together.
