Carlos is currently on the main floor of the cat center. He has the biggest green eyes you've ever seen. I petted him and he started "making biscuits" (as you can see in this photo....see those paws curled up??) right away. He's contented with whatever circumstance comes his way. I'm not sure about dogs. Most cats can fend for themselves once they get used to a dog in the house. But no guarantees. Carlos would love a home of his own. Why not give him a chance?
