Butterfly

Butterfly was brought to our office by two young ladies that found her in a barn in pretty bad shape. The barn owner wanted her gone, so the two young ladies drove around from shelter to shelter to see who would take her. Butterfly was so thin, dehydrated, anemic, and looked very sick, and lethargic. We immediately had her vetted and amongst being thin, having fleas and parasites, she also had horrible dental disease. It took a while and several medications to get her settled. She also had a dental. She has irritable bowel disease and so she takes medication every other day and that has kept her without any symptoms. We are estimating she is about 10 years old and really confident. She's so cute, when she wants food which is all the time, she sits and meows. She is darling.
