When Paw Placement was founded in 2002, our directors saw a need for a safe haven for animals whose humans were no longer able to care for them due to unforseen circumstances, including illness or death. Buffy and her siblings, Midnight and Shadow, came to us because their human recently passed away. And although we know they must be very saddened and confused by their loss, we have promised to find them a secure, loving family that will keep them safe for the rest of their lives. Like her sister, Shadow, Buffy is a sweetheart who loves to be near her people. Gentle petting and lots of attention are absolutely necessary for Buffy. Because these three have spent their lives together, we would prefer that they stick together if possible.
