My Story

Say hello to beautiful Bow! This 12-year-old female tabby is super sweet, affectionate, and cute as a button. Bow loves her people so much that she never wants to dine alone. A true social eater, Bow requires a patient adopter who will accompany her for breakfast and dinner. The good news is that you never have to guess what Bow wants on the menu — she only eats Blue Buffalo chicken wet and dry food. Some call her “picky,” others say she’s “a gal who knows what she wants.” We know she’s the “purrfect” mealtime companion! In her golden yarn years, Bow is looking for a peaceful place to enjoy some well-earned cat naps. She does not like loud noises and requires a home without children or other pets. If you are looking for a calm companion in your harmonious household, Bow’s presence will be a true gift. Are you interested in adopting Bow? Follow the instructions below! -------- If you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: http://thecatconnection.org/adopt/adoption-application/ Following the instructions and filling out this application rather than emailing us will get you a quicker response. Please also consider fostering as an alternative to adoption. To learn more, go to: http://thecatconnection.org/get-involved/foster/ Adoption Fee (effective 3/15/24) < 12 mos. $375 1-4 yrs $300 5-9 yrs. $250 10+ yrs. $125 These fees fund spay/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, and combo testing (feline leukemia and FIV) for your adopted cat, rescue efforts, shelter, and veterinary care. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two! The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats. To find out more about us, please visit our website: http://thecatconnection.org/
