Boo Boo is mourning the loss of her loving humans, and we are hoping to find her (and her sister, Pippi) a new and loving home(s) as soon as possible.
Boo Boo and Pippi were born around New Year’s Day in 2021. They came into HART’s care in early March of that year and were adopted quickly by a couple that cherished them. Sadly, one of their humans passed away, and the other has had to go into assisted living. They tried their best to make arrangements for the cats to remain with their surviving human, but things didn’t work out — and the sisters returned to HART.
At more than 3 years old, Boo Boo has settled into cathood and enjoys leisurely days. She takes longer to warm up than her sister but is friendly and mellow when she’s gotten her bearings and feels comfortable around a new person. We think she can be separated from her sister, Pippi, but we would love for this pair to go to a home together. They are spayed and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. They will be up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped prior to adoption.
