Billy is back....again!
Billy is a 7-year-old neutered Siamese cat that has a rough go of things. This is the second time he has been returned to the BFHS. This time, he became depressed when his close feline friend, Dorothy, got outside and is lost. He needs to be around another cat that he can bond with.
Please help him find a forever home that will stick this time.
