BILLIE is a 1 1/2 year old tick tabby. He came to Miss Kitty’s with his brother RAVEN when their owners grandson became allergic. The boys are litter mates, found at 3 days old and hand raised. They will need to be adopted together. Both are super friendly. BILLIE is very affectionate & loves attention, playing & getting on your lap.
