Betty Boop

This beautiful girl came into the shelter with her brother in June 2023. They spent time in a foster home and seemed to do really well. Both her and her brother, James, tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). We believe they contracted it from an exposure from their mother who might have had it. Sometimes as kittens get older, they are able to fight the virus, which was the case with Betty's brother. Betty has still tested a faint positive. Just because Betty has this virus, doesn't mean she isn't adoptable. She is loving, active, playful and has the most beautiful markings. If you are interested in adopting Betty, we recommend reading on FIV and talking to your vet on more information regarding it. Betty has been at the shelter for almost a year and really deserves a forever home. All cats and kittens come spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fees are $50 for adult cats and $75 for kittens six months and younger at the time of adoption. Our adoptions are done by approved applications, so you must apply and be approved before being able to meet any of our cats or kittens.
