The greatest Batman, er Batgirl caper, was not in Gotham City! It was at Rosedown Plantation in St. Francisville. My name is Batgirl and boy have I had adventures even though I am only 11 weeks old. A French tour group found me caught by my neck in the undercarriage of a car parked outside Rosedown Plantation dangling under the car thinking I would never get out! I was a tiny baby! A sweet Belgian lady rescued me. Everyone has been so wonderful: the lady at the plantation who kept me overnight, Dr. Pam in St Francisville who gave me fluids and checked me out and the wonderful ARNO foster who drove all the way up to get me. In the beginning they thought I was Batman until the vet announced, "He's a girl!" Now I just want to be a kitten and have a good old time in your house! Just email these wonderful people. Adoption Fees: Dogs: Puppies under 6 months - $300 Adult dogs (6 months - 7 years) - $250 Seniors (8 years and older) - $200 Cats: Adults (1 year and older) - 1 for $125 / 2 for $200 Kittens (under 1 year) - 1 for $175 / 2 for $250 For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee. The deposit is refundable upon completion of the spay / neuter surgery.
