She is a beautiful young female that was rescued from a local animal control where she was at risk of euthanasia. She was placed in a loving foster home to await adoption. According to her foster, Baby Ruth is a 'Cats's cat." She LOVES other kitties. However, she is still learning to trust people and is often scared by humans. She is just starting to approach her foster with a bit of curiosity, but is still extremely timid. She is still not sure about pets. Baby Ruth would love to find a patient and experienced adopt that is willing to work on socializing her - she needs someone that understands even shy kitties have value and she is worth the effort. With time and love, we believe she can learn to feel safe and cherished in a home. She would love to be adopted into a home with another social and friendly kitty that she can learn from.
