Hey there! I'm Azalea! I'm a 1 year old, female tabby cat. I'm a retired mama cat who is looking for a family to take care of me. I was really skinny and sick when Second Chance Rescue me but now I'm a chubby girl looking for a home that will play with me and keep me active. I am a sweet girl who loves to cuddle and purr! I would probably be good with kids and other cats. Please come to the shelter to meet me! Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
