Atlas is the only kitten surviving from a massive TNR operation. Atlas and his sister were found in a barn without a mama. They were the only two kittens in a colony of more than 50 cats that were TNR’d. At 2 weeks old, Atlas had a very traumatic start in life. With intensive care and surgery for an umbilical hernia, he has survived.
Maple was found in a deep maple stump behind an apartment complex. While there was evidence in the stump of other cats or kittens, after a thorough search Maple was the only one that was found at 3 weeks old.
These two babies grew up together with 13 other foster kittens. They enjoy the indoor life and are thriving. They both love to snuggle and cuddle and take long lazy naps in the sun. They are extremely playful with each other and their friends, including a large Labradoodle. They love to play laser tag chase spring toys all around the house and hunt for any fuzzy thing dangling from a wand toy.
After all they have been through, they deserve a loving forever home together. Please apply today.
Please note: Cats and kittens are social creatures and greatly benefit from being with other pets; therefore, kittens under the age of 6 months cannot be adopted as single pets.
All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80
Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations.
If you are interested in adopting a kitty(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact
[email protected]. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet kitties you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
