Athena entered the rescue as a momma kitty with 4 kittens. Her kittens now weaned and herself spayed Athena is now retired from the mom life and looking for her furrever family.
She had an existing injury to her tail causing her pain and irritation. Ultimately a portion of her tail had to be amputated but she is now comfortable and pain free, with just a shorter tail.
While she may be an adult kitty Athena can display the energy of a kitten if catnip is involved. She is also perfectly content to curl up on her human's lap for endless cuddles and chin scratches. For an added bonus Athena is also dog friendly.All of our kittens and cats are housed in foster homes. Therefore, locations may vary with prior arrangements made for a mutual meeting place.
