ASTRA is another cat surrendered to the shelter and late April 2024 by her owner. She is listed as a one to two year old black, short haired, female cat with white markings (tuxedo), including that thin stripe up her nose. She is gentle and sweet, but has not yet been spayed. That must be done before she can go home with you as your own. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!
