Hello, I'm Apollo, a gentle soul seeking a warm lap to curl up on. My warm demeaner and long orange coat show off my namesake. I'm a loyal companion who enjoys the simple pleasures of life like a good brush and a soft nap spot. I would love to find a calm home to relax and binge your favorite shows with you, but I'm also known to play when the mood takes me. I'm litter trained and could live solo or in a house with other animals. I would do best in a quieter home but I'd still love some younger friends. I promise to bring a soothing presence into your life and if you adopt me will be the purrr-fect addition to the family. You can meet me and all my friends at the C.A.R.E. Adoption Center Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays from 10-4 or Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesdays by appointment only at 1328 W. Sunshine St. in Springfield. You can fill out an adoption application for me at https://www.carerescue.org/cat-adoption All C.A.R.E rescue kitties are vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested, spayed/neutered, up to date on flea/tick prevention, and given a general dewormer! All you need to provide is the love. Our adoption fee is a minimum $100 tax deductible donation. All donations are used for rescue and medical care of animals in need.
