Angelica was born in the shelter on 4/23/24. She was raised in foster care with her mom and littermates. Once the kittens started getting active, Angelica started showing signs of cerebellar hypoplasia(wobbly kitten syndrome). Most kittens with this disorder have normal lifespans but sometimes require certain precautions for their safety or ease of use. The foster included the following information about Angelica: Likes to be held where she can get a bird's eye view of below Likes having her chin stroked She can get around on hard surface floors but rugs and carpets are easier for her to move around on She has a good appetite but it takes her a little longer to eat. Rubber bottomed bowls that don't slide around work best for her. Loves toys, especially crinkle or rattle toys She does best with a shallow litter box or one that has a lower entrance and higher sides She loves to sleep in a soft, fluffy pet bed She is a tough little girl that can hold her own during playtime with other kitties
