Currently located in: Winterport, ME! Adoptable in: ANYWHERE! (Transport available to most places!) Good with dogs: eh, she may do ok with well mannered dogs! Good with cats: eh, she would rather be a loner, but will mostly tolerate if she has her own space. Good with kids: Yes! Litter box trained: Yes! House trained: Yes! Meet Amelia! Amelia is the sweetest and most beautiful, softest gal you will ever meet! This little lady appears to have had a few litters of kittens and was found just tossed out like trash when her "owners" were through with her. She was found full of fleas, ticks and parasites, was dehydrated, emaciated, had mastitis and was also treated for anemia. Amelia was in very rough shape when she came to us, but was so super friendly and loving. It's hard to believe she was so trusting immediately of people seeing the shape she was in. With lots of love and TLC (she even took a bath with NO issues) she is healthy and ready for her forever home! Amelia is playful, snuggly, loves to "talk" to you and demands attention! She loves to watch the day go by from a cat tree or window hammock and thinks snack time is the best time! Amelia has a lot of love to give and is a remarkable and special girl! They are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, up to date on flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and microchipped! The adoption fee is $325. We do not accept deposits or the adoption fee until you have your new fur-members. Please Note: All animals are posted until they are officially adopted. This animal may have other interested adopters in line. Please apply quickly if you are interested. We are very quick to respond and process applications! You will be required to provide 2 non family personal references, a home video tour and a vet reference if you’ve previously had animals. Please feel free to send video to our email or facebook upon submitting an application, this lets us know you are serious and ready but also helps us to get you approved quickly. We will text and or call upon receiving your application to schedule a phone interview. You must be an approved adopter in order to go on meet and greets. This saves everyone’s time- especially our gracious foster families! This also allows for you to take the animals home from the meet and greet if you so choose. Interested in fostering?
