Arrival story: I came from an overcrowded animal shelter. Luckily, a nice volunteer from Shelter to Home was able to leave her day job a few hours early and save me from certain death at the pound. The clock was ticking... I only had 5 minutes left.. I am a lucky kitty!!

Approximate age & weight: I am a TINY TINY girl! I am approx. 7 months old and 4.5lbs. I'm a little on the "slender" side right now, but foster mom says that once I have a little meat on my bones my ideal weight should be about 6 lbs.. see, still tiny and cute!

Personality: Foster mom says: Abby is SUPER outgoing. She will follow you around wherever you go. We call her the cling-on kitty, because she never wants to be without affection. She loves to be picked up and scratched on the head and behind her ears.

The ideal home for this animal...: Abbey needs slow intodctions to other cats. Currently, she's residing in a foster home with 2 other very outgoing cats, and they seem to scare her. We do think she would be able to live fine with other animals, but slow introuctions would be necessary.

Contact: Contact Abbey's foster parent in Livonia at: [email protected]. Abbey's adoption fee is $110, which serves to reimburse us for the vet care she has recevied which includes: spay, vaccines, testing for FelV/FIV, flea prevention and de-worming.

Thank you for your interest in a homeless animal!
