His neck looks like it has been recently shaved(for a blood test)?Another volunteer at the shelter said it was an injury when he first arrived, and he seems to favor his right leg. Seems to be a bit swolen.
He seems to be missing his family very much- but since they have not come in to claim him- perhaps you could be his new family. A real sweetheart.
