Cecil is quite the purr box as well as loveable little guy. He is also quite playful. He and his siblings were rescued from the shelter when their time was up.
Cecil is FIV/FELV negative, neutered, flea treated, dewormed, and started his series of shots. He can be seen at Petsmart in Douglasville on Sat and Sun. His adoption fee is $100.
